NHS Health Checks On Hold

From April 2025, Warwickshire Count Council has introduced a introduced a cap on funding for NHS Health Checks across all GP surgeries in the area. This cap is set at a very low level, which means we are currently unable to book any further appointments for these checks. The funding restriction is expected to remain in place until June 2026.
We understand how important these health checks are for our patients, and we are committed to offering them again as soon as we are able. However, without the necessary funding and equipment, we are currently unable to provide this service. Alongside other local surgeries and the Local Medical Committee (LMC), we have raised our concerns with the relevant authorities.
