Our Online Consultation Service is Changing

From 1st March 2024, we are moving to a new online consultation system called Accurx. 

You will be able to submit an online consultation by following the link on our website or via the NHS app. You can submit a request for medical or admin support or to seek online advice. The service will be available during Avonside’s working hours (08:30-18:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

A GP aims to review your request within two working days to confirm the next steps or to confirm an appointment date/time.

Our previous service, eConsult, will be inactive from 1st March 2024. Any eConsults submitted on or after this date will not be viewed.

This new service will help us, help you get the right support, first time. We look forward to receiving your feedback on the new online consultation process.
